Jowan Qupty ("koop-tee", , ; born June 6, 1990) is a Palestinian-Israeli swimmer. His hometown is Jerusalem. He swims the breaststroke. He is a three-time Israeli champion in the 100 m and 200 m breaststroke. He and Olympian Nimrod Shapira Bar-Or were high school roommates.
